LOCATION ONE: FRIDAY ALL DAY Bankersmith Saloon and Dance Hall, 7905 Old San Antonio Road, Fredericksburg, Texas in a historic Texas Ghost Town called Bankersmith, Texas! Handicap parking is available onsite but limited. (Come Early)
LOCATION TWO: SATURDAY 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM Grapetown Tasting Room and the Fredericksburg Polo Club, 8142 Old San Antonio , Fredericksburg, Texas 78624 on our 85 acre equestrian property!
WEATHER ALERT: A day in Texas Hill Country can be 110 degrees or it can be 25 degrees. It can be calm, or 60MPH wind gusts. Please come prepared to enjoy this rain or shine event! The show will go on!

Try some award winning wines in our tasting room at Grapetown Vineyard & Farm (across the street from Bankersmith Texas). You’ll get to meet our Alpacas, Goats, Camels and more. These tastings are not included in your ticket price but can be purchased individually (day of) at the Vineyard Tasting Room.
CAMPING & RV GUESTS CHECK IN

Our event guests are invited to enjoy primitive camping on site. Check in is on Friday or Saturday during open hours (before 9PM) at Bankersmith Saloon (7905 Old San Antonio Road, Fredericksburg Texas 78624). All guests must reserve their space in advance via the Eventbrite ticketing system for the limited camping spots available or on HipCamp.

Live Music will be played at set times, at both event locations. We have local artists and bands playing throughout the day at Bankersmith and Grapetown on Saturday, the day of the event. FARM & SAFARI WINE TOURS
Pickup at Bankersmith Texas
We provide Guided Farm Tours and exclusive Safari Wine Tasting Tours to guests. These occur at Noon, 2PM and 4PM. Passes must be purchased in advance. Click here for more details.

The main event Drink and Food service is 12 PM-6 PM (or until sold out) for our Saturday events. Gates open on Saturday at Grapetown Farm and Vineyard at 12 PM for the Live Music, Food and/or Drink portion of the event. All are available until sold out.
VIP FOOD and/or DRINK

VIP Food & Drink Service will run from 4 PM until 8 PM (or until sold out) on Saturday at Grapetown Farm and Vineyard (or until sold out) in our VIP Tasting Room Area! The main event will be held across the street at Grapetown Vineyard and Farm (8142 Old San Antonio Road, Fredericksburg Texas 78624).
AFTER PARTY & LIVE MUSIC

Bankersmith Dance Hall and Saloon is open, with live music, until 10PM on Saturday. Lodging is available on site.Sunday
