The Best of Texas wants to feed you testicles.
The organization posted a photo of a turkey on Facebook asking Texans not to let his testes be wasted in vain at the first-ever Texas Testicle Festival at Bankersmith Hall in Fredericksburg.

Battered, fried and grilled testicles from turkey, lamb and veal will be included at the festival.
The event will also feature lawn games, a full bar, live music, and a small petting zoo for kids.

For those looking for something other than testicles to eat, barbecue, pulled pork sandwiches and oysters will be available.
The testicle festival kicks off at noon on Saturday, Jan. 18. Tickets can be purchased at bankersmithtexas.com or at the festival gate.
