The Best Party in Texas!

The Best of Texas and the Texas Food Festival have joined forces to host events on site in Fredericksburg, Texas at the Bankersmith Dance Hall and Saloon and the Fredericksburg Polo Club. Whether a Texas Christmas Market, Fredericksburg Bluebonnet Festival, Hot Air Balloon Festival, Crab Boil or Lobster Festival we throw fun, casual parties with great food and drinks! Please don’t come expecting a Ritz Carlton in Nantucket or Dallas! Get ready to enjoy the country!

Finger licking good food. Live music by local artists. Lawn games. Kid's area. Fun!

Our Main VIP Area is typically in the rustic ol’ Bankersmith Dance Hall and you will be enjoying some AMAZING food and more in the middle of a quaint Historic Ghost Town or out on a gorgeous equestrian property (depending upon size of event). This is a little place, population 0, with lot’s of Texas character (AND characters). We have about a half a dozen local artists and bands playing throughout the weekend and will have a small, fun kids area (goats, ducks, donkeys and more) for the kids!

VIP food service opens at 12 PM and goes until around 6PM (until supplies last). Come early!

Bring the entire family! These events have something for everyone and at most price points. From all you can eat VIP tickets to affordable general admission passes that allow full access to the property, we have a package to fit nearly every budget. It is important to pre pay for parking. When our events are larger, those who do not pre pay for parking may not be able to attend or will have to walk a great distance.
