A truly remarkable day in the Texas Hill Country! Looking for things to do in Fredericksburg Texas? Stay in one place and check off all the boxes! Take your shoes off and partake in a Lucille Ball style Grape Stomp! Hop on a Private Safari Wine Tour and meet Zebras, Camels and more! Enjoy breathtaking Hill Country Views while watching some heart pounding Polo Matches (Pretty Woman Style). Learn about the Sport of Kings and ride a horse as part of a Polo Lesson with a Polo Professional. Dine at a Farm to Table Dinner while overlooking a working ranch and farm. Sip on Award Winning Wines at one of Texas’ only full bar wineries. Climb aboard a Hot Air Balloon (these are tethered rides) and enjoy a Night time Balloon Glow. Held at Grapetown Vineyard and the Fredericksburg Polo Club (on same property) VIP’s will enjoy a Polo Match capped with a VIP Farm to Table Dinner, Live Music and Wine Tasting. Polo Matches, Grape Stomps and Live Music. The VIP Farm to Dinner is followed by a Hot Air Balloon Glow at Dusk, then tethered Hot Air Balloon Rides (when and if, winds allow). The VIP Passes are All Inclusive (including the Hot Air Balloon Ride) and geared towards a more refined higher end experience. GA Passes are also available.

SPECIAL NOTE: Grapetown Vineyard and Farm is also home to many exotic animals. There are Safari Wine Tours available for purchase that will give you the opportunity for a behind the scenes tour to meet Camels, Alpacas, Goats, Rheas, Blackbuck, Reindeer, Zebras and more! Tours are available all day. Those who choose the 2 PM tour will miss most of the polo match. These Safari Wine Tours are NOT included in the GA pass, and must therefore be booked and purchased separately and in addition to any other passes.

DISCLAIMER: This is not the Albuquerque Hot Air Balloon Festival. Do not come here expecting hundreds of balloons. You will be disappointed. This is a day of unique experiences and we will typically have 1-4 Hot Air Balloons on site. It is extremely important to understand, Hot Air Balloons are extremely weather contingent. We cannot guarantee that the weather will cooperate. We will guarantee you that we always do our best to inflate and activate balloons (we will have anywhere from 1-4 Balloons on site for the tethered rides and Hot Air Balloon Activation). We also guarantee you that we will always put safety first. When the weather does not cooperate, and if balloon rides are not completed we will refund any guest a complimentary Hot Air Balloon ride at a future event (for up to two years!).

HOT AIR BALLOON RIDE
Hot Air Balloon Rides are extremely weather contingent. These are tethered rides. If Balloon Rides must be cancelled due to safety, we will issue you passes to ride at a future event of your choosing in 2023/24. There are absolutely no refunds. DISCLAIMER: We do not have hundreds of balloons. We have 1-2 Hot Air Balloons each event for the glow and rides. Hot Air Balloons are extremely weather contingent. We cannot guarantee that the weather will cooperate. We will guarantee you that we always do our best to inflate and activate balloons. We also guarantee you that we will always put safety first. When the weather does not cooperate, and if balloon rides are not completed we will offer you a complimentary Hot Air Balloon ride at a future event over the next two years (you choose). This purchase is for a Tethered Hot Air Balloon Ride. THIS IS NOT A PASS. You still must purchase an admission pass to the event.

GA PASS
GA Passes are available and include admission to polo, the Grapetown Tasting Room and the nighttime Hot Air Balloon Glow. You must also pre-purchase parking per vehicle. Please arrive at 6PM (no earlier) to experience the Nighttime Glow and Hot Air Balloon Rides. Hot Air Balloon Rides can be purchased in advance (at a cheaper rate). You will also be able to purchase Hot Air Balloon Rides on site, day of once you arrive. There are absolutely no refunds. DISCLAIMER: We do not have hundreds of balloons. We have 1-2 Hot Air Balloons each event for the glow and rides. Hot Air Balloons are extremely weather contingent. We cannot guarantee that the weather will cooperate. KIDS PASS (AGE 3-18)
We LOVE Kids! Kids under three years old are always granted FREE admission. Parents of children age 3 - 18 can purchase an affordable "Kids Pass" for only $10. Children will have access to all the same areas as their guardian's ticket. Families are encouraged to bring games, balls, frisbees etc to play in the large grass areas! This pass DOES NOT include a tethered hot air balloon ride. All ages must pay for that pass and it is extra.

Description: This is a camping pass for the weekend. Use for one day or the entire weekend, Thursday to Monday. You can arrive as early as Noon on Thursday and camp each night until Monday at 4PM.
