This event isn’t just a polo match and a small hot air balloon festival, it’s a networking and social destination drawing thousands. Enjoying a gorgeous day of green grass, majestic horses, heart pounding polo, great views from our helicopter and the big and a handful of beautiful hot air balloon giants (weather contingent) on property! Kid and pet friendly, bring the entire family. This event has something for everyone and at most price points. From all inclusive VIP areas to affordable general admission passes that allow nearly full access to the property, we have a package to fit nearly every budget. Hot Air Balloon and Helicopter Rides can be extremely weather contingent. (There are Absolutely NO REFUNDS)

These events are held at Grapetown Vineyard and the Fredericksburg Polo Club! We hold 4-6 Polo Matches with Hot Air Balloons annually at this location. We always over communicate the weather contingent nature of Helicopter and Hot Air Balloon rides. Please come prepared to enjoy the full festival even when the weather does not cooperate. Safety always comes first and in nearly 20 years of doing events and over 10,000 balloon rides we are proud of our track record. This is not a festival with hundreds of balloons. If you are looking for a festival with hundreds of balloons, or even dozens - do not come to this event. You will be disappointed. We will have 2- 4 balloons on site to conduct tethered rides. They are big and beautiful when inflated (weather contingent) but we are NOT the Albuquerque Balloon Festival. Also, please note, balloons are extremely weather contingent. This is why we have incorporated helicopters. When the balloons cannot inflate, due to unsafe conditions, all Balloon rides are automatically upgraded and transferred to helicopter rides! Gates open at Grapetown Farm and Vineyard for polo, balloon activations (weather contingent), helicopters and more at 3PM on Saturday.
