EVENT LOCATION & PARKING: The schedule for this event will be held at TWO LOCATIONS.
LOCATION ONE: FRIDAY ALL DAY Bankersmith Saloon and Dance Hall, 7905 Old San Antonio Road, Fredericksburg, Texas in a historic Texas Ghost Town called Bankersmith, Texas! Handicap parking is available onsite but limited (come early).
LOCATION TWO: SATURDAY 3PM-8PM Grapetown Tasting Room and the Fredericksburg Polo Club, 8142 Old San Antonio Road, Fredericksburg, Texas 78624 on our 85 acre equestrian property! All Polo, Balloon, and Firework Activations are here!
Weather Alert: A day in the Texas Hill Country can be 110 degrees or it can be 25 degrees. It can be calm, or 60MPH wind gusts. Please come prepared to enjoy this rain or shine event! The show will go on! If weather grounds the balloons due to unsafe winds or precipitation (which has happened in the past), the event will be held inside the Grapetown Vineyard Tasting Room in lieu of Balloon Rides.
Expectations Check: This is not a festival with hundreds of balloons. If you are looking for a festival with hundreds of balloons, or even dozens - do not come to this event. You will be disappointed. We will have 2-4 balloons on site to conduct tethered rides. They are big and beautiful when inflated (weather contingent) but we are NOT the Albuquerque Balloon Festival. Also, please note, balloons are extremely weather contingent. This Balloon Bash has something for everyone and at most price points. From all inclusive VIP areas to affordable general admission passes that allow nearly full access to the property, we have a package to fit nearly every budget.
