Vendor setup is on a first come first serve basis. Vendors are encouraged to come in early on the day of the event to select a location and start setup. All vendors must be unloaded, properly parked, setup and ready to vend by at least an hour before the gates open, please confirm this detail by sending an email to info@blackstonetexas.com. All vendor space sales and sponsorships are non-refundable. Vendors are responsible for all applicable federal, state, local permits, taxes and fees.

Personal Tent Requirements:
1 No holes, tears, rips or otherwise unsightly damage
2 Must fit into the space allocated (10x10, 10x20 ect.)
3 A recent photograph must be sent in with your application for approval
4 Must be free standing
5 Must provide a way to secure tent; i.e. sandbags, stakes

In addition to these requirements, you, as the vendor, are responsible for all setup and tear down of personal tents.
