Crab, crab and more crab. That’s all that’s on our mind during the fall season, so there’s no wonder as to why an entire festival dedicated to this delicious seafood is coming to our state soon. Fredericksburg Crab Festival comes every year for two days and two days only, making September one of the greatest months of the year. Let the countdown begin!

On Friday, September 13th at 4 PM until Saturday, September 14th at 8 PM you can join fellow crab lovers in Bankersmith, Texas for the greatest festival ever. On Saturday, the festivities go until 8 PM and Sunday they begin at 10 AM, giving you plenty of time to make it out. Tickets are cheaper than ever (only $5!) until August 1st, so buying them in advance is highly recommended.

After August 1st, General Admission will be $10 and at the gate, tickets will be $20. That’s not bad, no matter when you’re able to get your ticket. If you’re looking to upgrade and go the VIP route, tickets are $95 until August 1st and $125 after that. VIP gets you 2 pounds of crabs, unlimited raw oysters, clams or mussels and all you can drink beverages! The non-alcoholic kind, of course.

When you’re thinking about upgrading just remember, they’ll have all the best kind of crab and unlimited seafood there.

Alaskan King Snowcrab and Dungeness crab typically make an appearance at the festival. Even I know that’s the good kind! Throughout both days there’ll be live entertainment, plenty of room to dance and tons of photo ops. This is guaranteed to be one of the best day(s) ever so grab your friends and make plans to be there ASAP!
