Stay across the street from Grapetown Vineyard and enjoy rustic comfort in our Dance Hall AirBnB’s. Casual and rustic one bedroom AirBnB’s are available as well as more accommodating two bedroom suites are available. These accommodations are less than a 4 minute drive to the Grapetown Vineyard and Farm tasting room. They are also steps away from Bankersmith Saloon which has a full bar, live music most days and world famous hamburgers.
THE SPACE
Some bedrooms literally have a window that opens into the Dance Hall. This is the only Dance Hall Hotel in Texas! These suites are on the same property as a small farm and the Bankersmith Dance Hall and Saloon. Tons of history and beauty. These are rustic suites and you should expect to interact with animals, animal noises and smells. Again, the animals are noisy! Please don’t book if you do not want a taste of farm life. Check updated hours of operation for Bankersmith on FB, but the site has an open bar, restaurant, adult and kids play area. There is plenty of parking and typically fun, family friendly events each Saturday. Check the Bankersmith schedule for an update on what entertainment will be performing the day or night of your stay! Rooster alarm clocks may wake you up, at a time of their own choosing. The suites are also on the back end of the dance hall, so be forewarned you may hear live music on some Friday and Saturday days and nights. Music typically starts a noon and lasts until 10:00PM. No pets allowed in the suites.
Advance warning, the suites have cold and hot water, of course, but the showers never get piping hot. The wifi and cell service is extremely limited. Do not come here to stay connected. Come here to get away.
This is a casual cottage within walking distance of Main Street’s shopping, restaurants, bars and more. No frills. Has it’s own parking for one vehicle. On street parking for all others. More than 2 people? This is a one Bedroom with room for an additional 2 people with use of a blow up mattress! Great location! Nice walk to the Stable Cocktail Bar, Main Street, Marketplace, Hill & Vine and many more!
