EVENT: A fun, casual event in the Heart of the Texas Hill Country in Fredericksburg, Texas. Safari Wine Tours are available (must be purchased in advance – but included in certain VIP Passes), a Grape Stomp, live music, full bar, Hot Air Balloons (weather contingent-weather is currently NOT looking good) and Polo Matches. Come enjoy the beautiful weather today in Fredericksburg Texas (70’s but WINDY) and a family friendly festival on our family farm.
BALLOONS: Winds are currently high. Unfortunately it looks like we may have to cancel all hot air balloon activities due to the winds. Please email amrit@blackstonetexas.com to reschedule the Balloon Ride portion of your pass and we will honor it for up to two years!
ITALIAN LUNCH: VIP Guests will be able to get their lunch around 12PM’ish in the Winery Tasting Area (Back patio) and Pizza Service in Polo Tent at 2PM’ish!

We have free ranging livestock, children and guests. Please DO NOT SPEED on property. Do not attempt to pet or feed the animals. Stay 10 feet away from all fences. Some animals on our property are extremely dangerous. Take pictures from afar. Take a breath and get ready to enjoy the country!
